This building in Donja Vrežina is a representative of current architectural tendencies, characterized by contemporary sensibility. It was built in 1996 according to the designs of the civil engineer Marija Vučković.

The proper organization of its functional units allowed the construction to avoid the uniform appearance of prefabricated building architecture, which was implemented here. The architectonic expression of this single-volume industrial building was treated in three modules; each of them, through the relationship of full and glazed areas and implemented materials, represents internal function and content. The accent is on the commercial part of the building, which faces the main road.

The architecture of the building is free from historical references, and its visual appearance is simple. The sophisticated feeling for the composition of the architectonic elements and the chromatic effect make this building a harbinger of the new industrial architecture of Niš at the turn of the century.

The building was awarded the Grand Prix of the Triennial of Architecture in 2000.
