The family house with a spacious yard is located next to 14. oktobar Square (14th October Square), diagonally accross from the Orthodox Cathedral. It was built in 1922, and it belonged to the Niš industrialist Stavra Cvetković, who, along with his father Nikola and brother Jordan-Roško, was the owner of one of the first automatic steam mills in Niš.
The most suitable attribute of this architectonically very valuable building is a lavish city villa. It was built in several styles with a rich Secession façade decoration, recognizable for its two large semicircular window, separated by pillars, and the niche between the windows, in which a large ewer was placed.
It retains its original residential function to this day.
