The building of the family house of the industrialist Milovanović is situated in the peaceful part of the city center, and was built before 1930.

In 1925 the industrialist Vidoje Milovanović, together with the merchant Dragutin Krstić, founded the factory of chemical products “Pomoravlje”, the first paint factory in the south of Serbia.

The representative family residential building was built in the style of European traditionalism in the 1920s. It has columns with capitals outlined on the façade, geometric plastics in the artificial stone, and an entrance from the inner yard, with a wide staircase and a terrace on the pillars.

The building still functions as a family residential building.
