In the peaceful part of the city center, in the central section of the street, we find the ground-level family house of the property owner Rade Nikolić. It was built in 1920 and the architect is unknown.
It is one of the rare examples of the usage of Secession decorations, supplemented with Neo-Baroque elements in the façade composition. The laterally positioned entry portal, rows of balusters in the attic area framing the lavishly decorated attic, profiling above the window openings, and compositions with prominent floral ornaments, make this ground level building very prominent.
Nowadays, after the successful renovation of the façade, the building functions as an office space.
