This double house was built in 2008, and it was designed by the architects Zoran Nikolić and Miroljub Stanković.

The phenomenon of the family house, with an elementary and archetypal architectonic meaning, is skillfully interpreted in the design and realization of the architect. On the façade, the materials implemented are common in contemporary house building, with neutral tones enriched with natural materials – wood, in the form of a brise-soleil, and a pergola. The façade s are reduced to simple geometry, using cubic forms on the projections of the upper floor, but playful with the absence of symmetry in the formation of the façade of a part of the double house. The building was built in the spirit of contemporary tendencies in architecture.

The components of function, volumetry, architectonics, materializations and coloration constitute the system of a double house with a great urban and esthetic value. In the current construction of houses, this creation stands out for its architectonic and designing values, so according to the jury of the Triennial of Architecture of Niš in 2009, it won the most prestigious award, the Grand Prix of the triennial.
